Cignal, Chery Tiggo battle for PVL lead

Cignal HD Spikers and Chery Tiggo Crossovers will clash for a share of the lead in the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference on Thursday, November 21.

Both teams are coming off opening-game victories and aim to maintain their winning momentum.

The HD Spikers, who mauled Farm Fresh in their first match, are considered title favorites despite a depleted roster.

Ces Molina and Jov Fernandez provided Cignal's 1-2 punch on offense, with support from middle blockers Rose Doria and Riri Meneses and playmaker Gel Cayuna.

Chery Tiggo survived a tough five-set match against Capital1 Solar Spikers in their first game.

The winner of the Cignal-Chery Tiggo match will join PLDT and Akari at the top of the standings with identical 2-0 win-loss records.

In another match, Capital1 will face Choco Mucho.
