Guv imposes enhanced community quarantine in Cebu
The province of Cebu is under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) to combat the spread of COVID-19.
Governor Gwendolyn Garcia issued Executive Order No. 5-N, prohibiting the entry of persons arriving on international flights starting 12:01 a.m. of March 27, but outbound passengers are allowed to leave.
