DFA, DHSUD chiefs get CA nod

Senator Jose "Jinggoy" P. Estrada praised Lazaro's "gravitas, wisdom, and commitment" for the DFA post.
Both secretaries were recently appointed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. following a Cabinet review.
