Lucas returns as PRO-4A director

Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas has returned as the director of the Police Regional Office-Calabarzon (PRO-4A), succeeding Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky.

The turnover ceremony took place at Camp Vicente Lim in Calamba City, Laguna, presided over by PNP deputy director for administration Lt. Gen. Bernard Banac.

Lucas and Wanky were among 12 reshuffled PNP officials reassigned to third-level positions based on a resolution from the National Police Commission.

Wanky, who had previously replaced Lucas on June 20, 2025, served as PRO-4A chief for two months before returning to his former post as deputy chief for administration of the NCRPO.

Lucas vowed to adhere to the 7-Point Agenda of PNP Acting Chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. to improve public service in the PRO-4A region, which encompasses Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon.
