BI to deport two foreign sex offenders, US and UK nationals

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) announced its plan to deport two foreign sex offenders, one from the United States and another from the United Kingdom, deeming them undesirable aliens.

The American, 76-year-old Joseph John Graham, was apprehended at Clark International Airport due to an arrest warrant from Florida for 55 counts of child pornography.

Graham, who frequently visits the Philippines, was found to possess child sex abuse materials on his phone, including images of Filipino children as young as three years old.

He will remain in the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation as further charges are being considered.

The British national, 50-year-old Ryan Ashley, was intercepted at the BI SM Aura office in Taguig while attempting to extend his tourist visa.

Both individuals will be immediately deported and permanently blacklisted from re-entering the Philippines.
