2 Filipinas with 'fake' travel docs barred from leaving PH

Another woman, 34, was apprehended on February 7 prior to boarding a flight to Malaysia with a tampered Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
The BI credited its enhanced detection capabilities to successful system integration with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the CFO.
