Sim Sooryong is wanted for his alleged involvement in an assault and robbery case where he and an accomplice attacked a victim with an axe, duct-taped them, and forced them to transfer 25 million won.

He was charged by the Changwon District Court on November 26, 2024.

Kim Kwanghyun is accused of operating multiple illegal gambling websites and allegedly earned over 16 billion won from these operations since 2015.

An arrest warrant was issued against Kim by the Gwangju District Court on March 18, 2016.

The BI confirmed that both South Koreans will be blacklisted and permanently barred from future entry into the Philippines.

They are currently detained at the BI's facility in Taguig City pending their deportation proceedings.
