Both NCR and Calabarzon show a very low reproduction rate and low healthcare utilization rate.

OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David noted that the average daily attack rate (ADAR) for Batangas is 9.56, Rizal is 9.55, and Quezon is 5.30.
