AyalaLand Logistics expands cold storage capacity by over 11,000 pallet positions

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) has expanded its cold storage portfolio by acquiring two logistics parks in Pangasinan and Iloilo.

The acquired properties, now renamed Artico Urdaneta and Artico Iloilo, are the sixth and seventh additions to the company's Artico Cold Chain brand.

Artico Urdaneta adds 7,400 pallet positions across 15 cold rooms, while Artico Iloilo contributes 3,800 pallet positions across eight cold rooms.

These acquisitions increase ALLHC's total cold storage capacity by 11,200 pallet positions, bringing the total to 31,500.

Both facilities are registered with the National Meat Inspection Service, the Bureau of Plant Industry, and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.

ALLHC President and CEO Robert S. Lao stated that this expansion strengthens their ability to support businesses in key regional hubs.
