Alas Pilipinas coach eyes Carlos, Solomon for national pool

Alas Pilipinas head coach Jorge de Brito is looking to expand the national team pool by inviting players who were previously invited but declined due to personal reasons.

Among those being reconsidered are Creamline stars Tots Carlos and Jema Galanza, along with National University standouts Bella Belen and Alyssa Solomon.

However, Carlos and Solomon are currently recovering from injuries sustained in recent PVL and UAAP competitions.

De Brito mentioned that Tots Carlos is undergoing therapy, and he plans to meet with Alyssa Solomon to discuss her needs.

The coach's wishlist also includes PVL players Ivy Lacsina, Mars Alba, and Maddie Madayag, as well as collegiate stars Tin Ubaldo, Gayle Pascual, and Detdet Pepito.

De Brito's contract with the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) has been extended until the 2025 SEA Games.
