Ako Bicol to submit to Comelec Zaldy Co's resignation letter —Garbin

Garbin stated that Atty. Jan Almario Chan, the party-list's third nominee, will replace Co, with the Comelec issuing a Certificate of Proclamation to the House of Representatives.
Co's resignation also leaves the leadership of the Party-list Coalition Foundation Inc. (PCFI), where he was president.
