Zaldy Co claims Marcos got P25-B kickback from 2025 budget insertions

In a video, Co retracted his earlier denial of his ex-aide Orly Guteza's testimony about delivering cash kickbacks to Malacañang and former Speaker Martin Romualdez's residence.
Guteza also reportedly transported luggage filled with cash to Malacañang.
Malacañang had previously denied the accusation and asked Co to return to the country and make the allegation under oath.
