9 Alyansa bets among ‘possible winners’ in April SWS survey
Nine senatorial candidates from the administration's Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas are among the "possible winners" in the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) voter preference survey conducted from April 11 to 15.
Reelectionist Senator Bong Go topped the survey, which was released on Monday, April 21.
He was followed by fellow administration bets ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo and reelectionist Senator Lito Lapid, who ranked second and third, respectively.
Former Senate President Vicente Sotto III and Senator Pia Cayetano tied in 4th to 5th place, both at 33 percent.
Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. landed in 7th to 8th place with 31 percent.
Makati Mayor Abby Binay moved up to 9th place with 29 percent.
Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar climbed to 10th with 28 percent, while former Senator Panfilo Lacson slipped to 11th place with 26 percent.
Former Senator Manny Pacquiao rounded out the top 12 with 25 percent.
Reelectionist Senator Imee Marcos remains outside the winning circle, placing 13th to 14, statistically tied with actor and host Willie Revillame at 24% voter preference.
