7 PH provinces see rise in COVID-19 positivity rates

In contrast, Metro Manila and the Calabarzon provinces experienced a decrease in their COVID-19 positivity rates, with Metro Manila's rate dropping from 14.9% to 12.3%.

Department of Health data indicated that Tarlac had 24 new COVID-19 cases on October 24 and currently has 422 active cases.
