Comelec: 61 senatorial bets submit SOCEs

As of Wednesday night, June 11, 2025, 61 out of 64 senatorial candidates have submitted their Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCEs) to the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Additionally, 141 of 155 party-list groups and 25 of 28 political parties have complied with the SOCE filing requirement.

Comelec Chairperson George Garcia warned that candidates, party-list groups, and political parties who have twice violated SOCE filing regulations face criminal charges and perpetual disqualification from holding public office.

Garcia also noted that in the 2022 polls, the Comelec filed over 400 cases against those who failed to submit their SOCEs.
