5,576 stranded in PH seaports due to Tropical Depression Verbena

Southern Tagalog recorded the highest number of stranded individuals with 1,458, followed by Central Visayas and Western Visayas.

PAGASA located Tropical Depression Verbena near Canlaon City, Negros Oriental, with sustained winds of 55 kph and gusts up to 90 kph, moving west northwest at 20 kph.
