5 Antipolo communities under localized ECQ

Five communities in Antipolo City, Rizal will be under a localized enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) for seven days starting Monday, July 27, following approval from the Inter-Agency Task Force For the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).

The affected areas are Sitio Upper Ruhat 3-A in Barangay Mambugan, 1st Street of Sitio Oreta in Bgy. San Isidro, Sitio Kamandag 3 at the boundary of Barangays Bagong Nayon and Mayamot, Zapanta Compound in Bgy. San Roque, and specific streets within Sitio Tubigan in Bgy. Dalig.

Residents are restricted from leaving their homes, with exceptions for authorized persons outside of residence (APOR) like workers and frontliners, or those with medical emergencies.

Only one family member may leave to purchase essential goods and medicines.

The local government will provide food packs, and intensified COVID-19 testing will be conducted, focusing on symptomatic individuals, the elderly, pregnant women, and those with comorbidities.
