Masaya was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) upon arrival from Cebu, while the other three were apprehended in BF Homes, Parañaque.
The fugitives are currently detained at the BI's facility in Taguig City pending their deportation to Japan to face trial.
