18 CPDRC inmates test positive for COVID-19

Eighteen inmates at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) have tested positive for COVID-19.

This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Cebu province to 25, according to Governor Gwen Garcia.

The inmates, including 15 males and three females, have been transferred to separate isolation rooms.
