The race begins on Thursday, April 24, in Paoay, Ilocos Norte.
Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Juanito Victor "Jonvic" Remulla and Philippine Olympic Committee and PhilCycling President Abraham "Bambol" Tolentino are expected to grace the opening ceremony.
