Zobel joins Vatican-led council for inclusive capitalism

Ayala Corp. Chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala has joined the Vatican-led Council for Inclusive Capitalism, becoming the first Philippine business group to do so.

The council, launched in December 2020, aims to create a more inclusive and sustainable form of capitalism with guidance from Pope Francis and Cardinal Peter Turkson.

Ayala Corp. joins other global leaders from companies such as Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Mastercard.
