PH records 36,438 coronavirus cases

As of Monday, June 29, the Philippines has recorded 36,438 confirmed cases of coronavirus.

In Metro Manila, at least 13,593 cases have been reported with 809 deaths and 6,010 recoveries. The region was under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) from March 15 to May 15.

Luzon has recorded 3,663 cases in 35 provinces and 8 independent cities, resulting in 196 deaths and 1,916 recoveries. The entire Luzon region was under ECQ from March 17 to April 30.

In the Visayas, at least 7,196 cases have been reported across 15 provinces and 7 independent cities with 148 deaths and 824 recoveries. Iloilo and Cebu along with other Panay island provinces were under ECQ from April 24 to May 15.

Mindanao has recorded 786 cases in 25 provinces and 7 independent cities, resulting in 46 deaths and 450 recoveries. Davao City and surrounding areas were under ECQ from April 24 to May 15.
