UP Maroons face La Salle in UAAP finals

The University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons will face De La Salle Green Archers in the UAAP Season 86 men's basketball finals starting on Wednesday, November 29.

This marks the first time since 1986 that these two teams have met in a best-of-three title series.

UP is making its third consecutive finals appearance after ending a 36-year drought in Season 84, while La Salle aims to end a seven-year title drought and reclaim past glory.

Both teams split their meetings during the elimination round with UP winning the first match and La Salle prevailing in the second.
