UE launches Tan Yan Kee scholarship for incoming freshmen

The University of the East (UE) has launched its Tan Yan Kee Foundation Inc. scholarship program for incoming freshmen planning to pursue specific courses starting School Year 2025-2026.

Applicants must have a general weighted average of at least 90% in their first semester of Grade 12 and achieve high marks on the UE college entrance test.

Scholars will receive full tuition, miscellaneous fees, book allowance, uniform subsidy, transportation allowance, and monthly stipend by maintaining academic requirements and completing their courses within the prescribed period.

The scholarship program was established in 1998 to provide free quality education to deserving undergraduate students at UE and has benefited over 6,955 grantees since its inception.

UE President Zosimo Battad encourages eligible students to apply as this scholarship can help them achieve their academic goals and prepare them to become future leaders and innovators.
