UE extends enrollment to Aug 15 due to Carina

The University of the East (UE) has extended its enrollment period for Academic Year 2024-2025 to August 15 in response to Super Typhoon Carina.

UE President Zosimo Battad stated that the extension aims to accommodate students affected by the typhoon and provide them more time to enroll.

Enrollment, which began on August 1, covers primary, secondary, tertiary, and graduate levels at UE's campuses in Manila and Caloocan.

College freshmen and grade 11 applicants can enroll at the UE Admissions Office, while college, graduate, and law students should go to their respective dean’s offices.

Kindergarten through grade 10 and grade 12 students may enroll at their principal’s office.

UE is also offering scholarships and free college entrance examinations for incoming freshmen to support student enrollment.
