Typhoon Henry affects 2,442 people across Philippines

As of Wednesday, September 7, a total of 2,442 individuals or 727 families have been affected by Typhoon Henry across five regions.

On Monday, the NDRRMC reported that 1,491 people or 494 families were impacted in Ilocos, Cagayan, Central Luzon, and Cordillera regions.

One death was reported in the Ilocos region on Sunday but is still under validation; no injuries or missing persons have been reported.

The most affected areas are in Region 2, Batanes, and parts of Cagayan, though impacts were minor there.

Infrastructure damage amounted to PHP61.37 million in the Cordillera region with twelve partially damaged houses.

Evacuation centers housed five families on Wednesday while others stayed with relatives or friends.
