PNP: 'Tiny bubbles' rule remains in Metro Manila during MECQ

The PNP's 'tiny bubbles' rule will remain in effect during the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in Metro Manila.

Under this policy, only authorized persons outside of residence (APORs), those with medical emergencies, and individuals with family emergencies are permitted to travel between cities or municipalities.

Consumer APORs who need to purchase goods are still not allowed to cross borders; however, one consumer APOR per family is permitted to go out within their city or municipality.
