ABS-CBN airs final episode of The Voice PH after 10 seasons

ABS-CBN aired the final episode of The Voice Philippines on Sunday, May 19 after 10 seasons and 11 years.

Hosts Bianca Gonzalez and Robi Domingo celebrated the show's impact and thanked everyone involved, including past coaches like Apl.de.ap, Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, Sharon Cuneta, Martin Nievera, KZ Tandingan, and Bamboo.

The hosts also acknowledged the backstage staff who played a crucial role in the franchise's success over the years.

ABS-CBN acquired The Voice franchise in 2013 and produced a total of ten editions, including regular/adult, teen, and kids versions, with Jillian Pamat from Team Bamboo winning 'The Voice Teens'.

Among its notable winners are Mitoy Yonting, Lyca Gairanod, Jason Dy, Elha Nympha, and the show has also launched careers for musicians like Moira dela Torre, Darren Espanto, and JK Labajo.

Following ABS-CBN's run, The Voice Philippines will now air on GMA Network starting from August to December 2023 with Julie Anne San Jose, Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda, Billy Crawford, and SB19’s Stell Ajero as coaches.

The new installment of 'The Voice Kids' is also in the works with further details yet to be announced.
