Drilon: Discussing cha-cha amid COVID-19 is a sin

Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon called discussing Charter change during the COVID-19 pandemic a 'sin' and an exercise in futility.

Drilon said it is a waste of time to push for Cha-cha when there is no end in sight to the pandemic, the government struggles with vaccine funding, and the country recovers from typhoons.
