Tacatac leads UST to decisive win over La Salle

Tacky Tacatac led University of Santo Tomas (UST) to a decisive 93-67 victory over La Salle in the UAAP Season 86 women's basketball tournament on Sunday.

Tacatac scored 17 points, grabbed five rebounds, and dished out five assists as UST secured its fourth straight win with a 7-2 record, tying them with UP Fighting Maroons for second place.

Coach Haydee Ong praised the team's balanced scoring and defense despite some inconsistencies.

UST now holds a season sweep over La Salle after their earlier victory of 91-57 in the first round.
