Students wear black to mark 50th Martial Law anniversary

Student councils across the country urged constituents to wear black on September 21 to mark the 50th anniversary of Martial Law.

Students from Adamson University in Manila honored victims of Martial Law by wearing black during their school day, showing respect to those who fought against the Marcos dictatorship.

De La Salle University, UP Diliman, National University, and Silliman University also called on youth to wear black as a sign of solidarity against oppression and to commemorate those who fought for their rights.
