STI receives P950M for new 8-storey campus in Alabang

Billionaire Eusebio Tanco is investing P950 million to build a new state-of-the-art campus for STI Education Services Group in Alabang's South Park District, scheduled for completion by 2026.

The eight-storey STI Academic Center Alabang will cover 3,266 square meters and cater to up to 10,000 senior high school and college students, offering programs such as Information Technology, Business & Management, Hospitality Management, and Tourism Management.

On February 11, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new campus, which will feature modern amenities including air-conditioned classrooms with flat-screen TVs, student activity centers with internet connectivity, industry-grade laboratories, and recreational spaces like a basketball court.

STI President and COO Peter K. Fernandez emphasized the commitment to creating a conducive learning environment that equips students with relevant skills in various fields.

For the first quarter of its fiscal year ending June, STI reported a net income of P263.2 million, up from P19.75 million the previous year, as total revenue surged by 60% to P1 billion; enrollment reached a record-high 138,060 students for the 2024-2025 school year.
