Solons push body cam bill after teen's killing

Deputy Speaker Camille Villar is calling for the immediate passage of a bill mandating the use of body cameras and police dashcams following the killing of 17-year-old Jemboy Baltazar in Navotas City.

Villar, who authored House Bill 8352, believes that these devices could provide crucial evidence to determine liability in such incidents and promote transparency in police operations.
