SMC signs agreements for Pangasinan Link Expressway

San Miguel Corporation signed agreements with Pangasinan provincial government on October 19 for the development of a 76.8-kilometer expressway.

The project includes a Toll Concession Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement to construct and operate the Pangasinan Link Expressway, which will connect Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway in Binalonan to Alaminos, Pangasinan.

Phase one of the project extends 42.76 kilometers from TPLEX to Lingayen, with a spur road in Calasiao and demand-driven expansion planned for phase two.
