SM Prime launches premium luxury properties, first: Susana Heights

SM Prime Holdings Inc., one of the largest conglomerates in the country, has launched Signature Series by SM Residences, its foray into the premium and luxury property market.

The first project is Susana Heights, a 284-hectare ultra-luxury village in Muntinlupa set to launch within three to four years with residential lots starting at P100 million each.

SM Prime has formed a new company, Signature Development Corp., to focus on high-end developments across Metro Manila and other key locations like Cebu, Cavite, and Batangas.

Jessica Bianca Sy, SM Prime's vice president for design, innovation, and strategy, emphasized the company's commitment to sustainable development through green energy initiatives and floral programs.

The company will invest an initial P25 billion in Signature Series and is preparing to announce another project in Makati in partnership with a high-end property developer.
