Security guard's body found in La Mesa Dam

The body of a 56-year-old security guard who went missing while on duty early Sunday morning has been found floating in La Mesa Dam in Quezon City.

His colleague reported him missing at around 2:30 a.m. after noticing he was absent from his post.

Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management retrieved the body, as reported by Sam Nielsen on GMA Super Radyo DZBB Sunday evening.

The SOCO team of the Quezon City Police District Forensic Unit is investigating the incident and will conduct an autopsy to determine if foul play was involved.
