Ruru Madrid back at work after hamstring injury

Ruru Madrid, a Sparkle star and actor in 'Lolong: Bayani ng Bayan,' returned to work on Friday after tearing his hamstring while filming.

Madrid shared on social media that an MRI confirmed he has Grade 1 and 2 strains with a partial tear, requiring only 2-3 weeks of recovery time.

Despite initial concerns over the severity of the strain, Madrid expressed optimism about his quick recovery and thanked his girlfriend Bianca Umali for her support.

Fans and fellow celebrities have also sent well wishes for Madrid's speedy return to health.
