Robinsons Land reports 6% net income increase for Jan-Sep

Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), led by Gokongwei, reported a 6% increase in net income to P6.74 billion and a 16% rise in total revenues to P35.77 billion for the first nine months of 2022.

The company attributed its growth to commercial leasing, mall recovery, and residential sales improvements.

In the third quarter alone, RLC's net income surged by 127.8% to P2.05 billion from P990.39 million in the same period last year.

RLC President Frederick Go said the strong recovery of its investment portfolio fueled this growth and expressed optimism for continued improvement during the holiday season.
