Rita Daniela files act of lasciviousness complaint against co-star Archie Alemania

GMA actress Rita Daniela filed an act of lasciviousness complaint against her co-star Archie Alemania before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Bacoor City on Wednesday, October 30.

Daniela alleged that Alemania made inappropriate remarks and physically harassed her during a Thanksgiving party organized by Bea Alonzo in Quezon City on September 9.

According to Daniela's affidavit, after the party, Alemania offered her a ride home, which she initially refused but later accepted thinking he had sobered up. During the ride, Alemania allegedly caressed Daniela's neck and shoulder and forcibly kissed her upon arriving at her house.

Daniela also stated that Alemania grabbed her hand and groped her breast before leaving her home after receiving a message from her expressing feelings of disrespect and violation.

The complaint includes a screenshot of Daniela's message to Alemania expressing discomfort, to which he later replied apologizing for his intoxicated behavior.
