QC files raps vs two who got booster shots

Quezon City has filed charges against two individuals who received an unauthorized third dose or 'booster shot' of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The city government accused them of violating a local ordinance that penalizes misrepresentation of vaccine status, including fully vaccinated persons seeking additional doses fraudulently.

City Attorney Paolo Casimiro emphasized that these actions undermine public health efforts and vowed to punish violators to the fullest extent of the law.
