PVL Press Corps hosts Awards Night honoring top athletes, coaches, executives

The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Press Corps is set to host its inaugural Awards Night on May 27 at Novotel Manila Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City.

This event aims to honor outstanding athletes, coaches, and executives from the past three conferences, including the 2024 PVL Reinforced Conference, Invitational Conference, and All-Filipino Conference.

Presenting sponsor Arena Plus will highlight awards such as Most Valuable Player of the Season, Mythical Team, Rookie of the Year, Team of the Year, and Coach of the Year, decided by a combination of statistical performance and votes from media members and team representatives.

Winners will also be determined for Executive of the Year, Most Improved Player, Miss Quality Minutes, Comeback Player of the Year, and Fair Play award given to the team with the fewest green card violations throughout the season.

Fan engagement categories like Game of the Year and Fan Favorite will also be recognized based on fan input through social media voting.

The Spikers' Turf, the league's men's volleyball counterpart, will have its own MVP and Mythical Team citations at the event.
