PSEi gains 0.8% after two-day sell-down

The Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) gained 0.8% on Tuesday, closing at 6,446.35 after two days of sell-down due to rising COVID-19 cases.

AAA Equities' head of research, Christopher Mangun, attributed the rebound to a technical bounce following massive declines and noted that clarity on economic restrictions and vaccine progress positively influenced investor sentiment.
