Gov't seeks public feedback on 'new normal' policies

The Philippine government is seeking public feedback as it prepares policies to help the economy adjust to a 'new normal' amid the coronavirus outbreak.

NEDA chairs an inter-agency task force technical working group formed on March 27, tasked with rebuilding confidence and adjusting to post-pandemic conditions.

Online surveys are being conducted for business owners, consumers, and agriculture and fisheries businesses to gather input.

The task force includes various government departments and agencies, as well as private sector and academic experts.
