POC appoints Chef Bruce Lim as executive chef for SEA Games

The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) has appointed renowned chef Bruce Lim as executive chef for Team Philippines at the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia.

Chef Lim previously served as executive chef during the Philippines' hosting of the SEA Games in 2019.

POC president Abraham 'Bambol' Tolentino emphasized the importance of catering to athletes' nutritional needs alongside their competition requirements.

Lim will be serving 804 athletes competing from May 5 to May 17, and is already in Cambodia with deputy chefs de mission Leonora Escollante and Paolo Tancontian.
