PNP mobilizes units for Rolly relief

PNP chief Gen. Camilo Cascolan mobilized police units in areas affected by Super Typhoon Rolly for relief operations and clearing roads.

As of Tuesday, 1,556 police personnel were deployed across Regions 10, 5, 4-A, 4-B, 3, 6, 8, 2, Cordillera, and NCR to manage evacuation areas.

Cascolan also ordered the deployment of a 100-man team from Central Visayas to assist in Bicol region's post-typhoon response efforts.
