PLDT wins PVL on Tour title in five sets

PLDT High Speed Hitters secured the Premier Volleyball League on Tour championship with a decisive five-set victory over Chery Tiggo, winning 25-17, 25-17, 19-25, 24-26, and 15-8.

The win marked PLDT's first title in four years and completed their perfect 8-0 record for the conference.

Mika Reyes contributed significantly with 21 points, while Savi Davison led all players with a match-high 23 hits, including crucial plays in the final set.

Chery Tiggo narrowly missed reclaiming its title, falling short by one set after previously winning it four years ago in Ilocos Norte.

Creamline also celebrated a successful season, securing their 18th consecutive podium finish and fourth third-place position.
