PLDT High Speed Hitters join Creamline and PetroGazz in AVC Women's Champions League

The PLDT High Speed Hitters have been selected as the third team from the Philippines to compete in the inaugural AVC Women's Champions League.

Joining them are Creamline and PetroGazz, who were previously named representatives for the tournament scheduled from April 20 to 27, 2025, at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City.

High Speed Hitters head coach Rald Ricafort expressed happiness about participating in a higher level of competition and emphasized the importance of representing PLDT and the Philippines as hosts.

The team earned their slot by advancing to the quarterfinals of the PVL All-Filipino Conference.

Also confirmed for the tournament are Thailand's Nakhon Ratchasima QminC and Vietnam's VTV Binh Dien Long An, with the drawing of lots to determine match schedules and groupings set for Wednesday.
