PLDT data centers get TIA-942 Rated 3 certifications

PLDT Inc., through its unit ePLDT, announced that all its flagship data centers have received TIA-942 Rated 3 certifications for both design and facility.

This certification aims to position the Philippines as a hub for data centers and artificial intelligence (AI).

VITRO Santa Rosa (VSR), PLDT's largest operational data center with a capacity of 50 megawatts, has maintained its TIA-942 Rated 3 Design Certification since 2023.

ePLDT President Victor S. Genuino highlighted that VSR is designed to be hyperscale and AI-ready, supporting cloud and AI convergence for enterprise growth.

The data center in Santa Rosa is fully integrated with PLDT's domestic fiber network and connected globally through international subsea cable systems, emphasizing its role in driving national digital progress.
