IATF allows certain foreigners to re-enter PH starting Dec 17

The IATF-EID has allowed certain foreigners with valid and existing visas under Section 9(e) and 9(g) of Commonwealth Act No. 613 to re-enter the Philippines starting December 17, subject to specific conditions.

These conditions include having a pre-booked quarantine facility, a pre-arranged COVID-19 test at an airport laboratory, and compliance with inbound passenger capacity limits.

BI Commissioner Jaime Morente noted that not all visa holders will be eligible for re-entry.
