Pangilinan seeks granular lockdowns amid rising cases

Pangilinan emphasized that stricter quarantines should be targeted at specific areas rather than enforced nationally, allowing the economy to reopen and Filipinos to earn their livelihood.

He also stressed the need for intensified mass testing and contact tracing to prevent virus spread, noting that daily mass testing has dropped from 30,000 to just 20,000.
